Questions before shipping.
Can I send just one pallet?+
Yes. e-Collect also handles single pallets. The standard product accepts up to 5 pallets, each up to 120 × 80 × 220 cm, with a total weight of up to 3,000 kg. We assess larger shipments individually.
What is the difference between Priority and Budget?+
Priority is the priority groupage option when faster service matters. Budget suits cost-focused shipments with more flexible deadlines. Price, collection and estimated transit time are specified in the quote.
Can you deliver to an address without a forklift?+
We check tail-lift delivery when preparing your quote. State the weight and dimensions of each pallet, access conditions and whether the recipient is a private individual. This service is not automatically included.
How quickly will the shipment arrive?+
e-Express usually offers EU delivery within 24 hours of collection, subject to confirmation of the route and availability. Transit times for groupage, sea and air freight are stated in the individual quote.
What do you need to calculate the price?+
Collection and delivery towns and postcodes, cargo-ready date, number of pieces, dimensions of each piece, total gross weight, type of goods, stackability and special requirements.
What about ADR, temperature-sensitive or oversized cargo?+
We assess these shipments individually. For dangerous goods, provide the classification and safety data sheet; for temperature-sensitive cargo, state the required temperature range. We confirm service after checking the details.
